​Maschmeyer Concrete Company Announces Reorganization of its Leadership Team as part of its Growth Strategy

Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is pleased to announce the promotion of John Lanham to Chief Culture Officer. John will lead our team in the areas of safety, training, Team Member Services, and recruiting & retention. John has dedicated 13 years of service to the company, and we know he will excel in this new role.

Other leadership changes include the promotion of Mark Arbuckle to Executive Vice President of Block & Building Materials. Mark will oversee our concrete block production, Cement Products & Supply brand, recycled concrete aggregates, along with internal hauling. Jim Munro has been promoted to the Executive Vice President of Ready-Mix Concrete. He will lead our team on ready-mix concrete sales and operations, as well as our Onsite Plant Division throughout Florida. Jim also serves on Maschmeyer’s Advisory Board.

With our recent growth, we are also excited to announce that Matt Wall will be joining our team as the Vice President/General Manager for the Tampa Bay Region. And, we have promoted Mike Tucker to be the Vice President/General Manager of the Southeast FL Region.
