The Maschmeyer family began as a homebuilder in Detroit, Michigan in 1948. In 1986, Maschmeyer Concrete opened its doors as a concrete supplier in the state of Florida. The company is now one of the leading privately-held, family-operated ready mix concrete, block and building materials suppliers in Florida. Maschmeyer has plants servicing customers throughout Southeast, Central, and now Tampa.

How did the company manage to achieve this success? By diligently building a relationship based business, steeped in customer and quality focus. Only a handful of concrete producers have achieved national recognition as a Silver Premier Producer by NRMCA. Maschmeyer Concrete is one of those proud recipients. NRMCA (National Ready Mixed Concrete Association) awards this recognition to companies meeting rigid standards in production, quality control, environmental protection and customer service.

Maschmeyer Concrete services over 2,600 different customers in all market segments. With over 800 mix designs that comply to strict quality standards: DOT, high strength, structural, lightweight and architectural mixes, the company keeps its two state of Florida Certified Laboratories busy. In fact, Maschmeyer is only one of six producers in Florida that proudly houses a DOT certified laboratory.
