J. Randy Hough has served as Chief Financial Officer for Maschmeyer Concrete Company since 1991. Randy's public accounting practice also offers Maschmeyer services related to tax compliance, tax planning, business enhancement consulting. In 1993, Randy joined the Maschmeyer Concrete Advisory Board. He has also been an instructor for the National Ready Mix Concrete Association's Certified Concrete Sales Professional continuing education program.

Randy possesses a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a M.S. in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University. Professional designations include Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and Personal Financial Specialist. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Phi Kappa Phi and and Beta Alpha Psi.
