CONTROLLER

Maschmeyer Concrete is looking for a career minded, experienced, hands-on Controller to join our team in North Palm Beach. This hands-on position reports directly to the CFO.

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• At least 5 years tenure as a Controller with supervisory experience
• Experience with companies whose revenues are 25+ million
• Experience in the construction industry a plus
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Superior computer skills
• A strong team player attitude skills

In addition, for this position, you must:

• Be a hands-on manager
• Thrive in an unstructured and fast paced environment
• Enjoy mentoring, coaching and managing team members

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Assist CFO with preparation of budgets
• Oversee all Credit and Collections functions
• Maintain all general ledger and sub system ledgers
• Provide financial and production reports
• Ensure balance sheet is properly and routinely reconciled
• Ensure compliance to laws and regulations
• Superior computer skills
• A strong team player attitude skills
